Hope for Jamaica — Bringing Clean, Safe Water After the Hurricane Melissa

Jamaica Hurricane

In the wake of the devastating hurricane, thousands of families in Jamaica have been left without safe drinking water. RipplAffect is responding to this urgent crisis by raising funds to send at least 500 water filters—each providing up to a decade of clean water—to those who lost everything.

Hurricane devastationThanks to generous donors, $7,500 has already been raised as matching funds, and we need to raise the remaining $7,500 within the next few days so our small team can hand-carry filters directly to the affected areas. Additional filters will also be sent in collaboration with the Florida Conference of SDA Church and AdventHealth, ensuring aid reaches communities in greatest need. The urgent project is also supported by the Kettering Adventist Church.

Our goal is $15,000 ($30 per filter) to help protect children and families from waterborne illness and restore hope in the midst of loss. If you can help, please email us now at info@ripplaffect.org with your pledge amount by November 17 or make your donation here by November 24 as filters are needed there urgently.
