We’re excited to share that our recent Benefit Concert was a resounding success, thanks to supporters like you. It was a powerful testament to the collective impact we can achieve together. The concert propelled us closer to our Fall Fundraiser goal, and we’re thrilled to have made significant strides. Your contribution has played a crucial role in this progress, and we’re deeply grateful for your steadfast support.

While we celebrate these milestones, we’re mindful that we still have a gap of $20,000 to fulfill our Fall Fundraiser target. Your continued support remains pivotal in helping us reach this goal and embark on our planned projects for the upcoming year.

RipplAffect Benefit Concert – Freedom, Kettering Praise Orchestra

Thousands of people are dying every day due to water-borne diseases and this is a unique opportunity to continue saving lives. RipplAffect is an all-volunteer, non-profit, humanitarian organization with a mission to improve the health and well-being of families by providing access to clean drinking water.

In 2022 and 2023 multiple Initiatives and Projects were run simultaneously, and the goal of $80,000 is set for 2023 so we can continue with the projects in 2024. The funds will be used to support existing projects along with starting a select number of possible new projects.  RipplAffect will continue responding to devastating events, such as hurricanes and other natural disasters.

The current projects will continue into 2024 on four continents: in Ghana (1000 new filters helping 7,500 people), Kenya (300 new filters helping up to 3000 people), Pakistan  (1000 filtration systems), Haiti and the Philippines (1000 filtration systems), along with the a new Initiative in Peru.  Projects are developed and supported independently or in collaboration with relief agencies and non-profit organizations, hospitals, colleges, conferences, unions or similar.

Ghana projectThere is always also a significant need right here in the United States, such as after hurricanes and other natural disasters. The vision for RipplAffect is to make a difference close to home as well as around the world.

The goal for 2024 is to distribute at least 3000+ additional filtration systems, which will provide clean drinking water for 10 years for up to 25,000 people. The need to increase our organizational stability by establishing a consistent number of monthly donors will also be pursued more intentionally.

Along with the existing relationships with Kettering College, Spring Valley Academy, Kettering Health, ADRA, Project Propel, Samburu Girls Foundation, NAPS (National Organization for the Prevention of Starvation), Mission Driven Purpose non-profit, new collaboration has been made with RUAJ Ministries for India distribution of 500- 1000 filters in November 2023, as well as Pakistan collaboration with Karachi Adventist Hospital, Pakistan Union and Patras Bahadur – Director of the Global Center for Muslim relations at General Conference of SDA Church, all assisting with a large-scale effort in Pakistan right now in October/November 2023 & next year.

The goal is to raise $80,000 by December 15. RipplAffect has received $20,000 in pledges/donations so far and with your help, there is no doubt this goal of remaining $60,000 can not only be reached but exceeded. Donations in the following amounts will allow RipplAffect to reach this goal:

  1. $10,000 x 1 donors
  2. $5000 x 3 donors
  3. $2500 x 8 donors
  4. $1000 x 15 donors (or less)
